The VIP program has five tiers from Bronze to Diamond. Each tier comes with a weekly cashback benefit — ranging from a maximum of 0.3% at Bronze up to a maximum of 1.5% at Diamond. Cashback is calculated based on the net loss for the week. VIP tier changes are entirely at the authority's discretion.

6 Betting Rules

On 11 crickex, all bets are considered final after the result of the event is announced. If a bet is cancelled due to loss of internet connection or a technical issue, the relevant funds will be returned to the member's account.
